Estimate Policy

We’re happy to offer expert on-site assessments for landscaping and tree care projects. Our estimates involve a visit to your property, a thorough evaluation of the work needed, Plant/Soil Diagnostics if needed and a custom-written proposal based on your specific needs.

To ensure we can give each project the attention it deserves, we charge between $25-95 and is determined based on location, time of year and scope of the project.   This fee covers:

• Travel to your location

• A detailed walk-through and consultation

• A written estimate outlining the scope of work and pricing

​

If we have worked with you in the past, making you a member of our Arbor Gold Network, the estimate fee is waived.

Good news — if you move forward with the work, this fee is fully credited toward your final invoice.

This policy helps us prioritize serious inquiries while still offering the high-quality, personalized service we’re known for. If you have a straightforward project or are outside our regular service area, we may be able to offer a remote estimate — just ask!
